video upgrades

been trying to play a game. (WoW) and everytime it completes dowloading I get the following message.

The ati2dvag display driver has stopped working normally. Save your work and reboot the system to restore full display functionality. The next tme you reboot the machin a dialog will be displaye giving you a chance to upload datda about this failure to upload data about this failure to Microsoft.

I reboot and I get stuck at "Shutting Down Windows" I pull the plus and start it up again. No message.

I have a Inspiron 9100 Notebook and a ATI MOBILITY RADEON 9700 AGP. If someone knows how to get rid of this message. Jeez. It'd help me big time.

Thanks.

I posted this on your other thread in video. I play WOW on a Inspiron 9100 without a problem. I am using the Radeon 9700 128 mb with the 8.252.0.0 drivers (they were loaded on this machine when I picked it up several weeks ago, I havent tinkered with them). As posted about, it sounds like you have a driver issue.
