Vista Operating System CD

I recently purchased an XPS 410 preloaded with the Vista Operating system. I was told that the CD (DVD) entitled "Windows Anytime Upgrade" contains the actual Vista Operating system , and I would use this to reinstall the Vista Operating System, if necessary.  It does not appear to be an Operating System CD (DVD). Can anyone confirm this.  Thanks.

I just purchased a Dimension E521 and they also shipped me the "windows anytime upgrade" which is not the reload for the operating system.  They sent me the reload which is titled "Reinstallation DVD Windows Vista Home Premium 32BIT"

PS - I inadverntely loaded the Windows Anytime Upgrade and several days later had a conflict with the already installed system.  They had to reinstall the whole operating system from scratch.  Not fun.
