Wallpaper

Don't know what happened - when I turn on and turn off computer, the wallpaper I used to have will flash on; however, the icons populate a blue screen.  When I go into properties to try to fix it, I can't make any changes in the wallpaper.  Any ideas?  I ran an Ewido scan yesterday due to infection.

Thanks.

Right click on the desktop> Arrange Icons By> uncheck Lock Web Items on Desktop if it is checked.
Go to kellys-korner and scroll down to line 142 on the right. Click on:
Allow Wallpaper/Background Changes. Instructions to save and run Regedits at top of web page.

I tried this but it didn't work.  If it is of any consequence, my computer will also not let me restore it to any past point.
