When I run the new "Get Windows 10" on my msi it warns me that "These Devices might not work correctly after the upgrade": Bluetooth Server Intel Corporation won't work because of the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M.
The Windows 10 drivers for Nvidia GeForce GTX 960M is currently not available from Dell. Request you to postpone the upgrade till the drivers are available from Dell.
If you are still willing to upgrade to Windows 10, you can try the Windows 10 drivers directly from the Nvidia site:
You have a whole year to wait for the right drivers. The upgrade will be free until July 2016. If the win 10 drivers never are available, you can stay with the OS you have now. No need to make a reservation. That's just a marketing ploy. It's always good to wait a while before upgrading to a new OS anyway.

However, Dell drivers would be recommended as they would be customized for the graphics card on your system.
