There have been a lot of questions on a number of forums about the pre-generation 8 CPU non compatibility and TPM 2.0. This YouTube video has an interesting observation that would appear to show that there may be movement at MS about moving those requirements back further before gen 8. Nothing written in stone but possibly MS is having a change of heart over which systems are able to run Windows 11 not only successfully but in fact run it well.
