Do a search for the Dell Drivers and Downloads site, put in your Service tag number or Model number and follow the search through looking for "TouchPad" drivers.  Be sure to look for either the 32 bit or 64 bit OS depending on which system you have.  Download and install the driver and then open the program and follow all the adjustments as listed.  The install program should put an icon in your quick launch taskbar to make it easy to access the program.  This will definitely help you control the cursor movement and sensitivity.  Good Luck,   Joe
