I get this message every time i click on a file in my documents. I made new folders inside my documents and have been moving items in these folders to create a library. For some reason when i click on an item i get this error message above and the explorer page closes. This is also happening in my downloaded folder. I am trying to move some files from my downloads to my documents and keep getting this error message. Dell Technical Support said it's a software issue but isn't this an OS issue as it's Windows which is having the problem? I have a Studio XPS 1640, 64 bit, running Windows 7. Please, Please, Help!
