Good Day All,

I have looked arounf here and not seen this posted so I'll get right to it. My Mom has a Dell 1520 laptop with Vista. All was fine with Windows Mail until about 2 weeks ago. Suddenly, she could not open attachments properly. She can open one attachment and it goes OK, but when she tries to open a 2nd attachment the app freezes and there is a dialog asking if she wants to try to solve the problem and restart mail - or close the program. When you select try to slve it sits there for a minute and then restarts mail, however the problem remains. I searched on the net for a solution and one forum pointed to Norton as the culprit and said to run an update. I did that but it did not help.

Has anyone had this problem and found a solution? Any help would be appreciated.
