Windows ME: missing .DLL file

I have just uninstalled Norton Antivirus 2003 and Spybot in order to install the online protection services offered by my high-speed cable ISP.  After each uninstall, I had to re-start my machine in order that the changes take effect.  However, during one of these re-starts, I got this Error Starting Program message that I had not seen before:

"A required .DLL file, SYMSTORE.DLL, was not found. [ok]"

Is this a serious problem?  If so, what should I do to recover the missing file.

Thanks,
l5205

That file is related to your Norton's Anti-virus and is available for download off the Internet.  Click here for one such download web site.

Also Symantec's web site has a FAQ on a similar error message.  Click here to read the solution.
