xml problem in vista

hello.
i use vista 32bit but when i go to mycomputer->properties->devicemanager i face this error:
i think that this problem caused after i install macromedia dreamweaver(a web developing program) and i think the reason is xml problems in vista.any solution?

    Uninstall the offending program, probably incompatible with Vista, see if it heals itself.
     
    If removing the program does not cure it, try system restore and choose a point in time before the problem occurred.

    i uninstalled that program but the problem did not solve! is there another solution except system restore?

    I assume that Device Manager worked previously? If so, a System Restore might be the easiest solution.
