I prefer doing business with Dell. Customer support borders on amazing. 

That said my next laptop needs to be based on AMD's Strix Halo architecture. I know that Dell has teamed with Nvidia for their RTX Spark system, but I'm a hundred percent doubtful that all of my necessary applications will become available on that ARM architecture.

So a message to Dell's product management team: There's a hole in your product lineup that needs to be filled.
