I purchased an xps 15 9500 a couple of month ago ! I am having an issue with the battery I belive ! The computer starts up running on the battery even though it is plugged in and will continue running on battery until the battery is dead ! I have tried working with dell power console with no luck . I restart the computer and the plug battery into different ports until it finally works on one . When the computer was new it worked just fine only ben happening the past few days !
