Computer locks when active pen is touched to lock slot
Hello! I have a XPS 9570 and a PN579X active pen. I was just now fickling with my pen while using the laptop. I was dragging the top of the pen - where there is a magnet - next to the sides of the computer. When I drag it next to the security lock slot, on the top right side of the laptop, it locks, and the resolution resets to 2160p. As I'm writing this I realize that this must be a security feature that locks the computer whenever the lock is removed, in case it is removed maliciously. If anyone wanna confirm and add share other cool unknown features like this that'd be cool.

I have a dell inspiron 7306 and I noticed the same thing by mistake when I was putting my pen to the right side (not the left),though inspiron doesn't have the lock slot.
anyway, I also noticed it disconnects the keyboard (like what happens when you flip the laptop to tablet) when putting the pen in the same place rotated 180 degree on its long axis
So I guess its not a security thing it maybe thats how the laptop works, with a bunch of magnets which the magnet of the pen interferes with. I even consider it a problem but not of much significance.
