The SSD is upgradeable. The memory is not. The system uses a standard M.2 2230 or 2280 NVMe drive, but the RAM is soldered to the system board. There is a 32G version of the board, but the cost to upgrade will be prohibitive -- if the system is new and you need more RAM, return it and order the 32 G version.
