WD19 USB-C PD Specs
The Dock WD19 churns out 19.5V/6.7A through USB-C PD. But USB-PD standards allow for 20V, 15V, 9V etc. When connecting to a laptop, which capabilities does the WD19 advertise during handshake?
(I could not find a more appropriate forum for questions/issues on docks.)

To be sure, the specifications state that this device can offer, to non-Dell systems, 90W through USB-PD 3.0. I assume that means that it delivers (or signals that it can deliver) 20V as per the USB-PD 3.0 requirement and possibly with an offer of 4.5A?
