Hi All!

I have been having issues with my new XPS 15 9500. I am on my second laptop now as I exchanged the first one due to this problem, but the issue still persists.

Under heavy all-core load, i.e. running a python code, my laptop randomly restarts. This usually happens within the first few minutes of starting the code and it means that I cannot use this laptop properly. I have tried using a different compiler and other things, but nothing seems to definitively solve the issue. Does anyone have any guesses what may be causing this?

PS: My fist laptop had the "famous" wobbly trackpad issue, my new one has yet another issue with the trackpad. The bottom left side of it is more sunk into the body than the right hand side which is flush against the chassis. The left side of the trackpad is also a lot less responsive to clicks than the right. Why can't Dell get their trackpads working properly?
