Unable to format after install. I double checked that it is seated properly, but still no luck. Updated drivers, but having problems updating firmware. Anyone else have an issue like this?
I believe you can prebuild with the 960 EVO, but I purchased separately. I only had a 1 TB HDD drive before I got the 960. I have the 960 EVO 500 Gb as well.
Unfortunately I'm still getting the boot error. The drive isn't showing up in the RST drive list either. It is showing up in the device manager, but I still am unable to format.

Does evo 960 prebuild with the system? or you separately bought it. Could you also specify the original size and model of your SSD in alienware r7?
