The triad case latch to release the side panel covering the main system components seems to have become loose. It hangs loosely and there is no resistance when lifting it. Lifting it will not release the side panel so I am unable to access that side of the case. I have tried pulling and prying the latch up as much as I am comfortable with to not break the area around the latch.

Is there another way to release the lock on the side panel?

Edit: The lock on the latches is unlocked. The other panel releases fine.
