I would have to change the DP for an HDMI or use a different port if I wanted display, that was mostly fine. Now I'm not getting any display at all! It happened after adding a ssd which I just got windows 7 on and right away I got into the bios but it couldn't find the new ssd only the old one already in the system without any bootable OS. I decided to reboot with the drive from my other pc to then use a software to transfer windows to the drive already in the PC. From there I never got any display. I should also add that before sometimes some ports worked for display and others didn't regardless of the card.

Lights turn on (including on the gpus), fans spin as normal, no beep codes.

When I don't get display the PC will turn off by tapping the power button, with display I'd had to hold it for ~3sec

The MB does put out beeps when I remove all the ram.

Sometimes there is the slightest of flickers (more like a single half flicker) right before the monitor gives up and goes to sleep. I've only noticed this with this PC however it could just be the monitor or HDMI cable.

I've clear the cmos a few times now.

Tried different GPUs and cables and confirmed all the parts worked in my other build.

Went back to the same configuration when I had the boot into bios with the 2 ssds and gpus that were in the system.

Tried turning on and off the pc 3 times quickly

Tried using a usb with windows installation media.

Tried both DP and HDMI on different ports and different cards.

Tried different pcie slots.

If anyone knows anything please help me out here I've spent the last 7 hours trying to get windows 7 and this display to work! I'm running out of ideas and forums posts...

 

Specs:

i7 5930x

3 Titan Xs (I would have 2 in the system and use HD 6950 for display)

3x8gb RAM

512gb ssd + 128gb ssd (windows 7 one)

2 4TB HDDs both empty atm
