System froze and had to do reboot with holding power button. On restart I get PXE over IPv4 on MAC and had to press ESC to get system running again. I've had year long issue with losing BT (Bluetooth) connection which Dell fixed by replacing BT/network card(?). I need suggestions.
PXE is network boot. I am assuming you normally boot from SSD, so you will have to enter the bios and change the boot order to the default for device #1:
Those settings are saved in Vram. It is possible with a crash that the settings become modified.
As long as you know what they were you can always put it back.
There's no way that I know off to save or backup the bios settings in these systems, besides writing them down on a piece of paper or take screenshots with a phone.
