Aurora R7, AHCI UEFI Ubuntu / windows boot problem

hello!

I bricked my windows 11 by accident thru the ctr - I configuration tool [i believe].

so i booted up my live image of Kali and tried to download win10 recovery ISO. One problem is that fat32 files cant accept files larger than 4.0Gib, and install.wim is 4.6Gib if i remember correctly.

So instead i made a boot-able ISO for Ubuntu. which i kinda like now. I am currently writing from my Alien ware desktop. However I can't shut it off because the boot-loader or nvmi or pci is jacked up in some way. i UN-raided both the small and large memory drives. i have it currently in SATA= AHCI & boot= UEFI & no legacy roms & no secure boot & USB enabled

it passed all the diagnostics boot tests multiple times.

how can i dual boot win10 and Ubuntu on this desktop? how can i set up single boot for Ubuntu or LFS build? how do i get it to stop losing the boot info? how do you make it Linux raid or windows ready?
