Aurora R9, USB 2.0 port issue

There is an issue with the Alienware Aurora R9 gaming computer. The problem is that 1 usb 2.0 port on the motherboard is disabled. It may turn on, it may not turn on. For example, everything works fine, you restart the computer and the usb port is disabled. Then you reboot again and it turns on. And this all happens with only the same usb port. And the most interesting thing is that I already dropped the BIOS and updated everything and installed a new one, nothing helps. Can someone tell me what. Sorry for the clumsy translation.

Try deleting/uninstalling, and the reinstalling all the usb controller drivers in device manager.

On the plus side, if its a hardware issue, you should be using the usb 3.1 ports anyway

It's just that the most interesting thing is that it works and it doesn't. Lives on its own. And so all usb ports work, except for 1 usb port. I've tried a bunch of everything already. Today I will buy a usb-tester and see the voltage on all usb ports. Something seems to me, that there is tension, then no
