Aurora R9, USB 2.0 port issue
There is an issue with the Alienware Aurora R9 gaming computer. The problem is that 1 usb 2.0 port on the motherboard is disabled. It may turn on, it may not turn on. For example, everything works fine, you restart the computer and the usb port is disabled. Then you reboot again and it turns on. And this all happens with only the same usb port. Try deleting/uninstalling, and the reinstalling all the usb controller drivers in device manager.
