Please help: Alienware X51 only loading bios

Alienware X51 is only loading bios. Only the options "Recover BIOS" and "Reset BIOS Settings to Default" are enabled, I've tried all the other keyboards but only this two are enabled. If I choose "Reset BIOS Settings to Default", it asks me to confirm and then is just restarts and brings me here again, if I choose "Recover BIOS" it asks me to confirm, and then just nothing happens. Please help, what can I do?X51 Bios

    * Which version of the X51? There are three (2012 X51-R1, 2013 X51-R2, 2015 X51-R3).
    * Immediatley prior to this issue:
    - what was the last driver that you installed or attempted to install?
    - what was the last software that you installed or attempted to install?

    You have piggy-backed onto a old (rather vague) thread, but if it says "Recover BIOS" the steps are here (read carefully).
