I am asking you, Dell, to please stop treating us like idiots and let us know what you are doing regarding the fan profiles in BIOS versions > 1.4.1.

We now have laptops with fans that cannot be turned off and I for one had to stop using it in certain places due to the noise.

This is not what we paid for, so please fix so we can get the fans silent again or start seriously contemplating a refund path.
