Key color disappearing...
Hi Alienware/Dell.
I have a Alienware 17 R3 laptop that I bought in 2016 that has worked great for me however I noticed recently by suprise that some of the keys has started to show a weakness that is the color of black disappearing. I have never seen this happen to other laptops that I have owned from other producers. Can anyone from Alienware/Dell please tell me if my warranty covers this here in Norway.

That is considered wear and tear from use and is not covered by warranty.

Well I got in contact with Dell now and they are willing to give me a replacement for it so I am very pleased.
