Apparently AppSync would like to get a license per registred storage system. How do I get the needed entitlements to be able to generate my license key on the license portal?
For the record the official statement of EMCs licensing support:
If the customer already owns a license for the Total Efficiency Pack, Total Protection Pack, or Application Protection Suite, and has active software maintenance agreements then they are eligible for an AppSync license. The feature must be reflected in a sales order. Please contact the Sales rep and have them place a zero dollar order for AppSync.
