Hi Lu,

Please keep on mind that upgrade procedure is supported by EMC Avamar upgrade team only !

Just open a service request with EMC and they will be glad to help you .

Specially if you upgrading from 3.7.X or 4.X to the latest 5.0 SP3 version !
