I haven’t use one myself.. but looking at the documentation, you can set the Omni ports (assuming they are licensed correctly) to FC mode and do one of two things..

1.) Connect a storage array directly to the Omni Port similar to any other FC switch connection. Then perform any zoning within the IBM Flex switch itself.

2.) Configure the Omni Port in NPV mode, connect it to an existing Cisco or Brocade fabric, and zone the host HBAs inside the PureSystem to the array using the Cisco/Brocade tools.
