Go to SolutionDell Partner ID
I'm trying to print an invoice for a computer I purchased. I log into my account, and under Actions I select Invoice. Then I get an pop-up box which says:
Channel Partner Verification
You must provide additional information to view your Invoice
Dell Partner ID:
Validate
How can I find my Dell Partner ID? It's not on any of the paperwork I received when I made my purchase.

I did contact Dell and no one seems to be able to help me. Thought I'd check here in case the info is somewhere online in My Account and I just missed it.

Having the same problem. This is so ridiculous. What other company asks for an id number that no one understands just so you can view invoices INSIDE your online account?

Hello,
It's Dell Employee Discount number or student discount number for orders that its under Employee Purchase Program or Student discounts. Employer can provide it. Hope this helps.
