OS Restore Disk help?
I've had the worse experience getting help through online chat and as well as on the tech support phone. I could not understand their accent and they could not verify the info that was on my account. I only need a disk to restore my computer. I don't know who else to ask for help!

Will that form you mentioned work for a laptop that is out of warranty? Like an Inspiron 1525?
Dell used to send free OS disks a few years back (B4 the OS was stored on a separate partition) but I think they charge for a disk to access that partition now. I'm okay with paying for it but I'm not sure where to go? Can I download it with a CC?

* No. The originally purchased warranty must be current to use the form.Once out of warranty, you must purchase the Dell OEM OS (operating system) CD from a 3rd party vendor like this one:
http://www.restoredisks.com/findrestoredisk.aspxCan I download it with a CC?
* No. We do not provide a download of the operating system.

If the original warranty you purchased is still valid, you may use the online operating system disk request form.
