Hi guys,
The OpenManage Essentials ofer support to other hardware than Dell, like generic servers and pcs?

Hi Claudio,
Not so much.
OME is focused on Dell h/w for the most part. The only thing we can do with non-Dell h/w is:
1. Import a 3rd party mib so you can get formatted SNMP traps/alerts in the OME console.
2. Discover a HP/IBM server via the IPMI protocol for health and a bit of inventory.
3. Only Dell desktops/laptops are supported.
