I have moved this post from the Powerlink Lite forum to this DiskXtender Windows forum because DX has customer status and can see all forums. I was unsure about whether this is the correct place, or Unix or whether Centera would be better. Julie Forums Admin
When I've seen this it was a communication issue from the DX server to the Centera. A few this to check
1. PEA file verifies? You can talk to the Centera CV and CenteraVerify 2. /etc/host has an entry for the access nodes on the Centera 3. The Dx server Environmental file is correct? CENTERA_PEA_LOCATION 4. When creating media services you correctly entered the access node information and the PEA file location access01,access02?c:\PEA\peafile.pea
I also once had a DNS issue that caused this problem
