i would like to enquire that if a primary site is up and Dr is working as well. But we want test a fail over scenario on a certain volume of DR with respect to primary site.

Is there any possibility that a certain volume is down on a Primary side and we can promote the same volume from DR site while the Primary is currently up and working with other volumes.
