I'm adding iSCSI network cards to a Windows server. I found this Dell KB:  http://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/19/SLN289353

The article says to change the binding order. Does this apply to any Windows server or is it just for Hyper-V?  

Does anyone have the 'netsh' commands used to configure the OS for iSCSI drives?
