So i have recently bought an SSD, but it came with no cables. So i managed to find a sata data cable just fine but i am struggling to find a power cable for it. As we know there is a micro 6 pin power port on the mother board and i cannot find a cable that has the "MICRO 6 PIN" to sata 15 pin. Can anyone help or recomend where i can find one please.
Are you looking for a cable like this or these at Amazon? Also assuming you have at least one drive in the system could you not use a splitter converting one SATA power connector to two such as these at Amazon?

JOcean already gave you good tips. The original Dell sata power cable may have only one regular sata connector plus one slim sata for dvd (DP/N 5TK4F).
5TK4F
ASSY,CBL,SATA,PWR,3.5HD/ODD,MT.
Dell has a sata power cable with two regular sata connectors but no slim sata for dvd. DP/N 45GG3.
One unsolved question is does Dell use the same mini 6 pinout for most/all of the ATX12VO motherboard that lets motherboard generate sata power. what we do know is that some of the Dell motherboard uses 8 pin sata power, and some uses 6 pin. to this date only moddiy has published one pinout of 6 pin sata of Inspiron 3650. Dell certainly makes a variety of sata power cables for different models. the cross model compatibility of such cable has not been verified yet. this will be one research topic to come.
