i had to fix this problem in Jan 2025. for those searching for solutions, i uninstalled and reinstalled using the Dell Accepted Solution on this post https://www.dell.com/community/en/conversations/supportassist-for-pcs/supportassist-is-not-working/647f95f5f4ccf8a8de899393 and it works fine for now
