I have updated my dell laptop to september cumulative update of windows 10 version 2004. After that existing dell support assist software prompted for update to newer version. While installing newer cersion it showed BSOD (page fault at non paged area). Now neither old nor new version of support assist is seen. When i am trying to install supportassist .. it shows that it is updating the existing old version (which is not seen to me as an installed prigram) and then BSOD appears.

Can anyone suggest a solution for this.

I tried safe mode to uninstall support assist but could not locate it.
