Good morning, 

I did a Dell Update using the app on my laptop, but it is stuck at 10%....I have following suggestions here in the forum, uninstalled the app and re-installed the latest version, but it goes back to being stuck at 10%....

My support warranty has run out, could that be the reason? If not can someone suggest what I should do to get the latest updates for my laptop?
