Is this dead pixel?
White backgruand is more prominent, pale in dark colors.
Dead or stuck pixel?
What can i do?

Looks like what we would call rub/pressure marks.
There are many layers to an LCD display and it looks like some are rubbing together.
It could be the prism, one of the polarizing layers or the white back sheet???
Just the same it is definitely a bad display.

Unfortunately yes it can grow just like a cancer.
Depending on the amount of flexibility and mobility will determine how fast.
Try to reduce opening and closing.
Avoid storing/transporting in a backpack.
Do not stack other objects on top.

Okay, i dont know just white stain not colorful. I've tried the other color backdrops, the white background is more obvious.
