My 2012 Latitude E6520 freezes whenever it's driven. I use a core i5 operating system. I have formatted the system 3 times, when i Update the Microsoft Display adapter to Intel HD 3000, it hangs and I have to force shut it. It doesn't allow me to input password when I turn it on again. I can't even see the NVIDIA NVS 4200M anymore I've tried uninstalling the updated driver through safe mode and it works but the display becomes big. I don't know if it's a hardware or software issue. I've done diagnostics and video card seems OK. Pls help me
