Hey guys, new to the forum so be gentle if I am double posting.

This morning I upgraded my Aurora R4 to windows 8 64.

I got Command center and the app will open but I have 2 problems.

1. When I look at thermal controls, all my sensors say they are at 0 degrees and If I try to change the Fan speed, I get a huge error message and the app closes.

2. When I go to Alien FX, I am greeted with a  window that says The device you have selected is included in the current theme but AlienFX cannot detect this device on your system.  Do you want to remove this device from the current theme? If I click yes, the image of my machine disappears and I cannot do anything. If I say no, the machine remains and I can select color zones but they do not change on the machine. (the LED light are currently stuck at blue)

I have also lost all the sweet desktop themes that come with the Alienware. How can I retrieve them?

What do I need to do to fix this issue?
