I thought this was corrected in the prior version of command Center...or was that the Zune conflict?????

I had this problem awhile ago...

Do you have the AlienFX media-plugin installed? If yes (even if you didn't choose iTunes in the installation), navigate to "C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes\Plug-Ins" and delete the associated *.dll from the folder.

Fixed it for me - the funny thing is, is that I never selected iTunes to have the plugin when I installed the media plugin but it apparently installed anyway.
