I got a new Alienware  15r3 and after setting it up and downloading the new drivers from dells website (which needed me to manually install them by flashing) on startup the Alienfx would not work , after about 3 hours of research and reinstalling command centers, and countless reboots, followed up by a full reset of the laptop (still no lights). Every time I click in the Alienfx tray on the bottom right(which has red eyes) it pops up saying "command controller/keyboard not recognized " or something and crashes Alien FX every time. I have tried reinstalling command center but it still hasn't worked.
