    Hi MyComputerisDefective,

I need you to answer a few questions to make sure I'm getting the picture:

    1. Can you give me the model and OS?

    2. Have you had problems starting the computer previously?

    3. Is this the actual error, "Alert! Previous attempts at booting this system have failed at checkpoint D0"?

Windows 7 its a dell/  Alert! previous attempts at booting this system have failed at checkpoint [D0]  I also get Alert! previous attempts at booting this system have failed at checkpoint [333]

I was getting the 333 for a week now its been D0 everytime. once once yesterday did i boot up without an error, I think it didnt go into sleep mode or something. I also am having trouble backing my computer up. I keep getting vss errors. I have teracopy someone downloaded for me, is it virus free andshould i use it? Im afraid my computer is going to crash! yes that is the actuall error

Seriously, I need the model number. Yes, I understand it's a Dell.
