CPU upgrade

Hey there, I have a dell Inspiron 560 and want to upgrade the cpu without changing the power supply it currently has a Celeron 450 (LGA 775) I'm looking for a dual core or quad core with maybe 2.5+ghz My motherboard is a dell OK83V0. Thanks

    The following LGA 775 processors are supported by the Inspiron 560:

    Intel Core 2 Quad Q8300 (4M Cache)
    Intel Core 2 Duo E7500
    Q9400 2.66 GHz Core 2 Quad Processor
    Core 2 Quad Q9650

    Pentium Dual-Core E5400 2.7 GHz.
    Pentium Dual Core E6700 (3.2GHz/1066Mhz FSB/2MB cache)
    Intel Pentium Dual Core E5800 (3.2GHz/800Mhz FSB/2MB cache)
    Intel Celeron 450 (2.2GHz/800Mhz FSB/0.5MB cache

    Prior to installing the processor, check that the latest BIOS version A06 when Update CPU microcode was added, is installed.
