Go to SolutionIt meets the minimum, but is nowhere near what you need to run the game at anything resembling respectable performance.
The technical answer is yes -- the practical answer is -- you're not going to be happy with the settings you'll need to run this game. It's going to be very laggy and you'll be missing out on quite a bit of visual artistry.
