I am having trouble with the speed of my home computer. I have deleted the temporary internet files, defragmented the hard drive, deleted cookies, deleted history, deleted everything off the computer I do not need, updated the virus scan, scanned for viruses (none were found), and I have alot of space on the C drive.

My problem comes when I open programs, the computer takes a long time to open time ( a couple of minutes). I don't know what else to do.
