I am trying to find out what this puck looking device is.  It came with my Dell Optiplex 755 and I plugged it in but I don't know what it is.  It has a unique plug and has a little green light right next to the outlet in the tower.  A blue light lit up when I tried to communicate with my printer.

Help if you have any idea please.
