precision 490 front panel num 4 light always on

when i switch off my workstation its front ligth num 4 turns on and keep as on altime. its not on when system running.

    I'm pertty sure this is normal. On my Precision 690 when the system is powered off my num 4 stays on until I unplug the AC power cord to the computer.
