I'm running W10 on a Dell desktop. Not sure what model, but the service tag is <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy>. An error pops up with no input that tells me that the system has to run a check disk. When it reboots, below the Dell logo during boot-up I get to 2% on the check disk process and it gets stuck there.

Upon power up, press F12 a few times and boot into the Dell diagnostics. Run an extended test on the hard drive.
